*Student / Post-Doc Rate

In order to receive the student / post-doc rate, you must be an AAPS student or post-doc member. If you are not a current member, please join or renew your membership before you begin registering. Please allow 24 hours before proceeding with your registration.

*AAPS audits the list of those registered as students and postdoctoral fellows and may contact these individuals to request verification of their eligibility for the reduced registration fee. Eligibility is based on an individual’s ability to provide suitable documentation.

Group Registration

Bring four or more paid full conference attendees from the same company and receive a discount of $100 per full conference registration. This offer excludes optional activities and cannot be used with other discounted offers (e.g. speaker rate, complimentary exhibit passes, student rates, etc.). Please email [email protected] for your discount code. The deadline to redeem is April 10, 2024. If your group does not meet the minimum requirement, AAPS reserves the right to alter your registration fee.

Press Passes

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

All requests for registration refunds and substitutions must be submitted in writing and emailed to [email protected].

  • Cancelations received on or before April 10, 2024, will be refunded the registration fee minus an administrative fee of $100 for members/nonmembers or $50 for students/postdocs.
  • No refunds will be given for "no shows" or for cancellations received on or after April 11, 2024.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment, or if paid by check, a refund check will be issued to the original payer within 30 days.
  • Substitutions from the same company may be submitted in writing at any time without penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge at the current rate may apply. 

Visa Information

The U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO) recommends travelers apply for a visa at least three months before the meeting because some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. Applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. 

Should a registrant’s visa request be denied, AAPS will provide a full refund. Registrants should email [email protected] and provide documentation of the denial in order for the refund to be processed.

Please note that AAPS is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office. The information above regarding visa delays is the suggested process by IVO.
