I just wanted to clarify the date for this webinar since there has been some confusion.  The date is November 8th.  However, this is a Tuesday, not a Thursday.

I hope many of you will join Chris and I for this webinar on a very important topic for many excipients going forward!  We will go into the current issues with TiO2 in the EU but will also talk about how this situation could affect many other commonly used excipients if a precedence gets set for pharma uses of TiO2 merely based on the precautionary principle as opposed to any scientifically credible data that actually shows any real safety concerns.  Currently there are no credible safety concerns and regulators in Canada, the UK and Australia/New Zealand all have voiced that they disagree with what is being done in Europe and believe that TiO2 is safe!!

Come to the webinar and then the discussions we will have in the Excipients Community down the road on this topic to learn more about what is happening and why it will be very important for the industry to align to fight these types of non-scientific bans as is seen in the EU for TiO2 in foods already from severely impacting the availability of safe, quality drugs to patients!
