Stats Snacks will be a series of short videos (3 – 15 min) that discuss basic statistical concepts that apply to the pharmaceutical industry, using examples from CMC development areas. Videos will discuss foundational concepts that are frequent questions we as CMC statisticians encounter in our daily interactions with our clients, such as: “what is a p-value?” “how is expiry determined?” and “what is a tolerance interval?” Each video will be dedicated to one or two questions at most.
The series is intended to educate our non-statistician partners and will build to more complex concepts such as “what is an equivalence test?” We will ensure that more basic concepts are explained in previous videos so that users can refer to previous concepts as more complex ideas are introduced.
