This series covers different aspects of topical dermatological drug development, from the fundamentals of dosage forms and dosage form selection, through in vitro, in silico, and in vivo evaluation, scale-up and manufacturing, commercialization and regulatory considerations.
Webinar #3: Dermal Disease Models - Current Status and Gaps

This webinar will provide insights into choosing appropriate dermal disease models for different skin conditions. Dr. Lenn will discuss dose-response curves, their analysis, robustness, and reproducibility. He will also discuss how to identify suitable biomarkers and considerations for their possible translation to the clinic. The presentation includes a discussion about the utility of in vitro and animal disease models for PKPD analysis during product development and bridging studies.
