Presenters:
Faye Vazvaei, MS - Faye is currently the Director of the Clinical PK Bioanalytical group within the Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Drug Metabolism (PPDM) at Merck.  In her current role, Faye is responsible for the strategic, scientific, and operational oversight of the regulated clinical bioanalysis supporting diverse therapeutic modalities including biologics, peptides, and small molecules.
Eugene P. Kadar, MS - Eugene is a Senior Principal Scientist and the small molecule regulated bioanalytical lead at Pfizer, where his primary role is to provide technical scientific expertise for assay method development, validation, and study sample analysis using LC-MS/MS based assays.  His laboratory provides global pharmacokinetic support for regulated preclinical and clinical studies for Pfizer drug candidates.
Mohamed Hassanein, PhD - Mohamed is currently an Associate Director and a clinical assay lead at Pfizer where he provides bioanalytical support for the clinical development of the company's growing bio-therapeutics portfolio across multiple therapeutic areas. Mohamed has a combined academic and in industry experience of more than 12 years in translational oncology, biomarkers and regulated bioanalysis.

Wenkui Li, PhD - Wenkui is Director of Bioanalytics in the Department of Pharmacokinetic Sciences (PKS) at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR), where he focuses on LC-MS bioanalysis for toxicokinetic and pharmacokinetic assessment of drug candidates and/or their metabolites in support of various Novartis drug development programs.
Eric Thomas, PhD - Eric is a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (BS, Chemistry) and the University of Michigan (PhD, Medicinal Chemistry).  He worked in the field of proteomics for 7 years at the University of Illinois and the Moffitt Cancer Center prior to joining Covance in 2011.  Biomarkers and protein mass spectrometry remain among his key interests.  He is currently Director of Method Development and Validation for Global Bioanalytical Services at Covance.
