    Hi Julia,

Thanks for sharing this fantastic list! For podcasts, I love Mel Robbins- in particular, she has multiple episodes that focus on the neuro or behavioral science of building good habits, increasing confidence, negotiating, etc.  For books, the book Likeable Badass by Alison Fragale was recommended to me. I've just started reading it. It's about how we tend to focus on power (control over resources and outcomes) but status (perception of respect and value by others) is really the problem we need to solve to grow in our careers.

    Enjoy!

    Stephanie

Thank you for staring this discussion. I second Likeable Badass by Alison Fragle. And will also add Playing Big by Tara Mohr, a book about finding your voice and confidence to make a bigger impact.

For podcasts, I really like the "Women at Work" and "Women Amplified" series.

Thank you Julia for this amazing list. I'm currently listening to an older title on Audible and wanted to propose adding it to our list: Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office by Lois P. Frankel.
