Please join us for an Open Scientific Discussion (OSD) hosted by the AAPS Biomarkers and Precision Medicine (BPM) Community on the following topic:

Increasing Complexity in Single-Cell Analysis: Challenges and Opportunities for High Parameter Flow Cytometry (HPFC) in Clinical Trials

    • What differentiates spectral from conventional cytometry and what challenges are encountered with high parameter flow cytometry?
    • What are key considerations for assay development, data analysis and reporting given the increased complexity?
    • What are opportunities for its application in clinical trials? Case studies will be presented.

    Discussion Leaders:

Vilma Decman (GSK), Ruth Barnard (GSK), and Enrique Gomez-Alcaide (Roche)
