    Contrary to the common beliefs, authors show that shaking stress could cause protein degradation in freeze-dried monoclonal antibody (mAb) formulations. Specifically, the effects of shaking stress on protein degradation and sub-visible particle formation in freeze-dried mAb formulations is investigated.
