    Is it acceptable to use alternative excipients like Tween 80/20 in IVPT studies of Topical/Transdermal formulations, or is Polyoxyethylene[20]oleyl ether (also known as Oleth-20, Volpo-20, or Brij-20) the sole FDA-approved solubility enhancer for hydrophobic drugs in the receiving media?
