I am interested in getting input from a variety of contributors to see if internal best practices are following those used in the wider community.
For small molecule bioanalysis, given a certificate of analysis that provides a variety of purity information, which do you consider the "true" purity for your PK assays? For example, if a certificate provides HPLC area % purity plus KF, plus residual metals as well as qNMR wt/wt % purity, do you calculate a purity from the first 3 or simply accept the qNMR value as truth?
Thanks!
