Tomorrow (26th July 2024), we have the privilege of hosting not one but two interesting presentations on the use of AI/ML in biological systems at the Early Career Bioanalytical Scientists (ECBS) forum from 12:30-1:30 pm EDT.
The first presentation will be by Shengan Du who is the Associate Director of Pharmacometrics at BMS. Dr. Du will present on 'Use of DeepPumas (first-to-market scientific modeling and machine-learning system for healthcare data) on tumor growth dynamics-overall survival modeling'. The presentation will focus on developing a treatment-agnostic tumor growth dynamics (TGD) and joint overall survival (OS) model using DeepPumas.
This will be followed by a presentation by Vibha Jawa, Executive Director of Biotherapeutics Bioanalysis at BMS. Dr. Jawa will present on 'Understanding the Data Needs for AI/ML Approaches During Preclinical Development'.
