    Been reading to digest both publication and supplementary information by Scannell, Jack W., et al. "Predictive validity in drug discovery: what it is, why it matters and how to improve it." Nature Reviews Drug Discovery (2022): 1-17.

    " This article explains the influence of predictive validity on R&D productivity and discusses methods to evaluate and improve it, with the aim of supporting the application of more effective decision tools and catalysing investment in their creation." Scannell et al.

    I do believe the supplemental information is almost as important as the article itself for a deep dive into the topic. Check it out with links and references below.
