As a PPDM scientist, have you personally navigated the grant writing process and successfully obtained funding for research projects specifically centered around investigating the intricate aspects of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and drug metabolism?

    Hello Sejal and Sounak,

I am glad that you are interested in the grant writing process. Most of the pharmacokineticist in academic settings have their grants from Federal agencies or industry, including me. Their work is more towards drug development, translational development, or developing models to expedite the drug development process. Being a graduate student, you can apply for a competitive F31 grant. Here is more information about it:  https://researchtraining.nih.gov/programs/fellowships/F31

To learn more about successful NIH grants you can visit NIH-RePORT and search with any keywords of your interest:   https://report.nih.gov/

    Thank you,

    Abhisheak Sharma
