I'm excited to share that our perspective article has been published in The AAPS Journal: "Perspectives on PCR‑Based Cellular Kinetics and Biodistribution Analysis for Emerging Adoptive Cell Therapies."
This work represents a collaborative effort by the AAPS Gene and Cell Therapy Products (GCTPs) Cellular Kinetics and Biodistribution Subteam, bringing together experts from across biopharma and contract research organizations. In this article, we discuss key challenges, evolving practices, and important considerations for PCR‑based cellular kinetics and biodistribution assessments supporting the development of emerging adoptive cell therapies.
