    Hi,
I am interested in outsourcing some MHC associated peptide proteomics work and I am looking for recommendations for CROs. Does anyone have any recommendations on vendors or what to look for in a vendor that does this type of work?
    Thank you in advance,
    Michael

    Hi,

I think there are several options to run MAPPS assays at a CRO. Lonza and ProImmune.

    Michael,

While not overtly advertised on their website, we qualified a vendor (MS Bioworks Protein Mass Spectrometry & Proteomics Services (msbioworks.com)) as potential capacity overflow option for our MAPPs projects.

    Best,

    Rob
