    Are there any specific considerations for the bioanalysis of peptides (lipidated, non-lipidated)? Any industry white papers, review papers, regulatory guidance, etc.?

    Dear, 

    For the bioanalysis of peptides lipidated or non-lipidated the recommendation is to follow the regulatory guideline, ICH M10 and the method development and method validation parameters outlined here. 

    You can consider to analyse the peptide on an immunoassay or an LC-MS/MS depending on your modality.
