ICH M10 Guideline: Comparison with FDA and EMA Guidelines - with an overview of Ligand Binding Assay
"The ICH M10 was endorsed by the ICH assembly in May 2022. It is already being implemented by EMA by January 2023. Following the OSD discussion on September 12th focusing on chromatographic assays. Another ICH M10 OSD discussion will be held on September 20th with a focus on Ligand binding assays. In this OSD, you will meet Marianne Scheel Fjording, a member of the Expert working group for ICH M10, and Mark Ma, the co-chair of the AAPS BA community, in a presentation on what is new in ICH M10 with a comparison to the FDA and EMA guidelines.
