    Please join us for an Open Scientific Discussion (OSD) hosted by the AAPS Translational and Clinical Sciences Community on October 15, 12 pm – 1 pm EST on the following topic:

     

    CAR-T Secondary Malignancies Part 2:  Clinical

    High-level overview of secondary primary malignancies, or new malignancies, following cell therapy

    • A practical workflow for investigating new malignancies following cell therapy
    • Key samples and bioanalytical assays needed to assess potential product involvement
    • An evidence-based approach to causality assessment and regulatory communication

    Long-term Safety of liso-cel and ide-cel: Analysis of SPMs and Vector-Associated Outcomes

    • Incidence of secondary primary malignancies (SPMs) following liso-cel and ide-cel therapy.
    • T-cell malignancies identified across clinical, long-term follow-up, and post-marketing experience, including transgene testing findings.
    • Longitudinal vector safety assessment, including replication-competent lentivirus testing, vector sequence monitoring, and integration site analysis.
