On January 10th, Critical Reagents Working Group held their first discussion of 2025. The main topic was handling modest changes in the concentration of a critical assay reagent over time, from the perspective of downstream assay procedure. The preference was to keep the original concentration if the new measured concentration is within the acceptable limit, and monitor assay performance. We will continue discussing this and other related topics at the next meeting on February 14th.
