    Hi Pankajini,

Interesting and very relevant question, especially in the everchanging and evolving landscape of drug development. I have benefitted greatly from attending scientific conferences and from being involved in industry working groups. I have found that attending scientific conferences gives me the most immersive experience because I can devote time specifically to learning and listening in on a variety of topics that I would not normally seek through literature and oftentimes the content is new and not published. I also think being involved in the AAPS communities provides another great opportunity for upskilling especially since these communities and working group's missions are just that, to continue to stay at the forefront and to create content that addresses our experience with handling challenges in our field.
