Since there is a small discussion group (DG) for Liquid Biopsy in the JBF community, the leader (not me) would like to ask several questions to the expert in the area in AAPS.

The examples are:

·       What are the regulatory challenges regarding liquid biopsy samples in clinical trials?

·       Will an AAPS group plan to provide a white paper or recommendations regarding liquid biopsies?

If the DG leader of liquid biopsy in JBF can contact to you directly, please let me know. I will pass the information to her.

Hi Hisanori, the BPM community does not currently have a liquid biopsy working group, but there may be interest in forming one. @Stephanie Cape can connect with you on this. It would be great to collaborate with JBF on this topic.

 @Lauren Stevenson may also know if the BA community has an active working group.

We do not have an MRD focused sub-team, but we do have an NGS working group led by Mark Wissel <[email protected] / @Mark Wissel>. We'll bring the MRD topic to our next Biomarkers and Precision Medicine Leadership team meeting to solicit interest as well. I'm sure there will be interest in collaborating on this.
