We will host a presentation and discussion with @Yanshan Dai and @Vibha Jawa from BMS -- co-authors on the recent publication: Monitoring antigen-specific cellular immune response using an RT-ddPCR-based assay for IFN-γ gene expression. They will present and discuss results comparing evaluation of T-cell mediated immunity using an IFN-γ RT-ddPCR assay and an ELISpot assay.
