    Hi All,

    I am curious to know how target expression across species (mice, rat, dog, monkey, pig vs human) affect decision making in drug discovery and development. How we design and interpret a pharmacokinetics (and biodistribution) study in animal if the target expression is higher or lower compared to human? Thanks in advance!
