To support onboarding a consultant, I need documentation for fair market value of the specialty. My company uses a database targeting HCPs (Health Care Provider), which not surprisingly does not have relevant categories for many of the non-MD pharmaceutical specialties where experience in the field often trumps the original degree. Does anyone have advice on how they have documented fair-market-value for phamaceutical scientist consulting? I don't want to do an RFP for hundreds of individuals/firms, wasting their time and ours.
