Question:
Has anyone completed a regulatory submission that included spectral flow cytometry? If so, was additional detail requested on spectral unmixing- ie, which channels required cell or bead controls, which algorithm was used, or other questions? Were there any other regulatory challenges encountered that are not usually a challenge with conventional flow cytometry?
