I always felt that Keystone Symposia were great for the NASH-focused meetings, although their schedules change yearly and I don't know if they have a NASH-focused meeting on their list this year or not. There is also the Obesity and NASH Drug Development Summit in November 2023, which is usually held in Boston. I haven't been, but I hear it is a good meeting. It is quite expensive to attend. And lastly, my company usually attends something called the EASL NAFLD Summit in Europe, which seems to be in September of this year in Prague.

I'm not sure I can advise any conference that specifically target biomarkers and precision medicine in these areas. However, I know ASCO is a big clinical oncology conference. And from my grad school days I recall AASLD's liver meeting for hepatology. I'm not sure if that is helpful!
