Subject: AAPS Immunogenicity Discussion Group - March 6th | 12pm EST
Hi all,
Please join us for this month's AAPS Immunogenicity Discussion Group on Wednesday, March 6th at 12pm EST.
We will hear an interesting story from the team at B2S about an ADA assay in which viral interference was observed.
During assay development, everything looked great in the normal, healthy population. However, introduction of the disease-state/target population was accompanied by increased background and decreased sensitivity.
The team will walk through the evaluations and techniques that greatly improved the assay's performance in the target population, such that background/sensitivity more closely resembled that in the normal, healthy population.
