A reminder to everyone that the deadline for Programming Proposals for 2026 AAPS NBC is quickly approaching on Sep 26th. See the announcement here: NBC - American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists
As part of the Scientific Programming Committee leading "Track 1: Applying Translational Principles Across the Development Lifecycle" along with @Amritangshu Chakravarty, @Swetha Thiyagarajan, and @Joleen White, we would like to invite you to submit your programming proposals. Some focus areas of particular relevance to this group are:
- organ-on-a-chip and organoid applications
- reverse translation to validate preclinical models
- physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models
- building initial exposure/response models
- drug-drug interactions
- changes in peptide development after success of GLP-1
- intersection of microbiome and therapeutic effect
- prediction of patient response to different medication options
- recognizing successes in work involving novel modalities
