2024 PharmSci 360 Call for Proposals Now Open!
Proposal Submission Deadline: Monday, April 8 at 5pm ET
Rapid Fire Submission Deadline: Friday, June 14 at 5pm ET
The scientists volunteering on this year's Scientific Programming Committee (SPC), Rapid Fires Committee, and Career Development Committee invite you to submit a session proposal for the 2024 PharmSci 360, held October 20-23, in Salt Lake City, UT.
Share your science! Submit your proposal for one or more of the following session types:
- 30-minute Scientific Symposium Presentation: A 30-minute presentation included in a two-hour themed session; symposia consist of four 30-minute presentations. Submitters propose one 30-minute presentation at a time and may submit as many 30-minute presentations as they like. The Scientific Programming Committee will select and assemble submissions for the program. All speakers are subject to approval by the PharmSci 360 Scientific Programming Committee.
- Career Development Session: A one-hour session that focuses on helping scientists navigate the business of science. Creative delivery formats, including skill-building activities and hands-on experiences, are encouraged.
- Hot Topic: A one-hour session focused on the latest science and innovation in a field that discusses pain points and challenges. Hot Topic sessions may be delivered as a symposium, discussion panel, roundtable, debate, case study, or other format that explores the topic in depth.
- Rapid Fire: A 10-minute presentation followed by three minutes of Q&A on the latest scientific topics. New research, insights, and ideas are especially appropriate.
All scientific program proposals (excluding Hot Topics) must align with one of the PharmSci 360 scientific tracks and track-level themes. Learn more about this year's program themes (PDF)-including tracks, topics, themes, and instructions on how to submit a proposal.
