These revisions primarily pertain to the IVRT and IVPT studies that are essential for demonstrating bioequivalence of Topical products. In fact the FDA recently issued product specific guidance for more than 80 products and most of them refer to Chapter <1724>. Now you have an opportunity to clarify your questions on these revisions.
